주요업무내용
- A CSR has as a daily main task to support oral and written company’s end-users' and Agents regarding both customer service and technical support related questions for company’s RRP products,
as per Market specifics. The Agent's main activities will involve handling at a high degree of quality inbound calls, performing outbound calls, handling interactions from email & web form, live chat, social media, messaging applications and product & service review platforms.
- Outbound calls will include, but not be limited to customer retention, onboarding campaigns, commercial communication, cross-selling and up-selling, firmware upgrade, et al., as determined from time to time by client & company needs.
- Responding to customers’ requests, manage complaints, and provide general information to customers via phone, email or chat.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities in the social medial platform
- Follow-up with customers and assist them with their concerns.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards
- Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team
