주요업무내용
• Responsible for all inbound and outbound casino call services through casino trunk line and other forms of communication;
• Process and coordinate hotel room, transportation and other guests and operational requests through Hotel Reservations and other related departments;
• Updated with all general property and casino-related information;
• Provide a high standard of guest relations to all patrons and guests as per established services standards;
• Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
