주요업무내용
Job Responsibilities:
- Support corporate legal activities, including licensing, compliance, and governance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel when necessary.
- Assist the Senior Manager Legal in handling corporate legal matters, dispute resolution, and risk management.
- Ensure all company activities comply with Indonesian law and corporate policies.
- Provide legal interpretation and guidance to management and other functions.
- Liaise with Korean counterparts and translate or interpret legal-related communications as needed.
