POSITION SUMMARY

We are now hiring a Global Training Manager (Korean Speaking) to lead retail education and brand engagement across markets. This role will drive onboarding, workshops, influencer sessions, and masterclasses with the mission to deliver brand consistency and localized relevance.

Department: Global Education / Retail Training (Reports to Singapore MD and Master JSM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ㅇ Design and lead onboarding programs for global partners and new markets
ㅇ Plan and deliver product education, live makeup demos, and brand storytelling workshops
ㅇ Oversee global education activities including:
- Beauty roadshows
- Brand launch events
- Makeup showcases and masterclasses
- Influencer training sessions
ㅇ Ensure training standards in collaboration with HQ and Master Jung Saem Mool
ㅇ Develop localized content and brand-aligned training manuals
ㅇ Partner with local retail teams and distributors to adapt and execute training strategies
ㅇ Build networks of stylists and professionals across markets
ㅇ Measure and report training impact and outcomes
ㅇ Offer strategic L&D solutions aligned with business growth
