ㅇ 급여(외화) : 연봉 $ 24,000 ~ $ 60,000 (USD)

주요업무내용
• Lead the QA/QC team to ensure the products deliver meet customer expectations for quality, reliability, and usability.
• Implement strategies to monitor customer feedback and use it to drive product improvements and quality testing.
• Analyze customer complaints, returns, and warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all quality testing processes prioritize user experience, including functional performance, ease of use, and overall satisfaction.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback from product testing, reviews.
• Lead initiatives to improve product quality, based on insights from customer feedback, product testing.
• Detail will share during interview.
