주요업무내용
𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗘:
•Monitor the performance of International Premium Services team, ensuring high standard of work performance and service quality to all casino patrons.
•Work closely with Business Development team for the best service especially to the premium mass players.
•Coordinate and cooperate with other internal departments to achieve guest satisfaction, and therefore leading towards department’s goal and objectives.
