주요업무내용

The Data Intelligence Specialist will design and operationalize data pipelines and analytical models that transform complex banking data into actionable customer insights. The role bridges data engineering and data science, supporting the development of personalized customer experiences, data-driven decision frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives within Retail Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines integrating core banking, digital channels, CRM, and third-party data sources.

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for churn, cross-sell, lifetime value, and next-best-offer initiatives.

• Conduct segmentation, clustering, and behavioral analytics to inform marketing, product, and channel strategies.

• Design dashboards and visualization layers (Power BI/Tableau) for business and executive reporting.

• Ensure data quality, lineage, and integrity, maintaining compliance with SAMA and PDPL standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI insights into customer journeys, campaigns, and digital experience layers.

• Champion data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI practices within the organization.
