ㅇ 근무시간 : Monday to Friday 08:30~17:30

ㅇ 급여(한화) : 연봉 7,179 ~ 8,974 만원

ㅇ 급여(외화) : 연봉 $ 48,000 ~ $ 60,000 (USD)

주요업무내용

- Plan, execute, and monitor ITO projects (SI, SM) to ensure quality, timeline, and scope compliance.

- Control project scope and manage change requests effectively.

- Allocate resources based on project type, workload, and team skill sets.

- Establish and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and profitability targets.

- Balance resource allocation and delivery efficiency to optimize cost and profit.

- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients for SI and SM projects.

- Understand client needs, define clear requirements, and ensure proper documentation and alignment.

- Support pre-sales and proposal stages by providing technical and project management input.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service scope within existing accounts.

- Possess hands-on technical understanding (software development lifecycle, infrastructure, or integration) to effectively discuss with technical teams.

- Maintain compliance with client contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to process improvement and standardization across ITO delivery functions.
